Every Deluxe Gulf-front Condo and Private Villa at Casa Blanca is fully furnished and individually decorated. Each unit has individually controlled AC/heating and color cable TV with VCR and/or DVD player. A heated pool, clubhouse, beach chairs and a shade cabana make it easy to enjoy your Siesta Key vacation.
Beautifully landscaped grounds earned Casa Blanca the Sarasota Garden Club’s “Civic Beautification Award” for outstanding landscaping.
Casa Blanca is within walking distance of Crescent Beach Village restaurants and shops, with Siesta Key Village just a short way up the key. Sarasota is just across the bridge, and we’re close enough to Disney for a day-trip!

Our villas are located between the pool area and famous Crescent Beach. Each villa is individually decorated, fully equipped and professionally landscaped.
Villas have 1 or 2 bedrooms, and from 1 to 2 baths. Most have a screened-in porch, with table and chairs for dining or relaxing.

Our condos are located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, overlooking the magnificent Crescent Beach. Every apartment has a roomy, fully-screened balcony overlooking the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters.

Minimum Stays
The minimum stay is one week from May 1 to December 31, and two weeks from January 1 to April 30. The daily charge for odd days in excess of even weeks is 1/7 of the weekly rate. No cutbacks on confirmed dates allowed. Guests are required to pay for the full time reserved. Rent payment is due upon arrival.

Large Heated Pool and Club House
Our heated, Olympic-sized pool, located next to the clubhouse, has a deck with plenty of room for lounging in the sun or reading in the shade of an umbrella table. The comfortably furnished clubhouse game room has pool tables, ping-pong table, TV and lending library.
Cancellation Policy:
A refund will be issued if a cancellation notice is received 30 days prior to arrival date (less a $50 processing fee) and the subject unit is fully rented for the cancellation period
Security Deposit:
A $300 security deposit is refunded 30 days after departure. Deductions will be made for missing or damaged items, or for any extra cleaning.

Maid Service
Limited maid service is available for a minimal charge; arrangements must be made prior to your arrival.
Phone Calls:
Local phone call service is free. Long distance calls by credit card only.
Additional Equipment
Cribs, high chairs, strollers, and roll-away beds are available at a weekly rental rate from an outside vendor.
Prohibited
Boats, jet skis, motorcycles, trailers, and motor homes are not allowed on the premises; local rental storage may be available. Skates, in-line skates, or skateboards cannot be used on the premises.
