Our condominium complex includes gulf-front apartments and private villas.
Every deluxe gulf-front apartment and private villa at the Casa Blanca is individually decorated and fully furnished including all cookware and linens.
Each unit has individually controlled AC/heating and color cable TVs with VCR/ DVD player, telephones and full kitchens.
Wireless internet access is available in the Clubhouse Area and in many units.
There are several laundry facilities located within the complex.
Crescent Beach is recognized internationally for our finest, whitest sand and continues to be named one of the Top 10 Beaches in the United States. It is an excellent walking and swimming beach. Lounge chairs and two shade cabanas are available for relaxation and viewing the beautiful Crescent Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. In the evening, right before sunset, guests gather gulf-side to watch the unsurpassed sunsets, talk about their day and their holiday in paradise.
Our large, heated pool, located next to the clubhouse, has a deck with plenty of room for lounging in the sun or reading in the shade of an umbrella table.
The comfortably furnished clubhouse/game room has a pool table, ping-pong table, TV, computer and lending library.
The Casa Blanca is within walking distance of Crescent Beach Village restaurants and shops, with Siesta Key Village just a short drive north on the key. Sarasota is just across the Stickney Point Bridge, offering many activities, shopping, restaurants and attractions, including Mote Marine, Ringling Museums, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, Asolo Repertory Theatre and Selby Gardens.

Basis for Villas and Apartments
Rates are based on 2 people for 1-bedroom and four
people for 2-bedroom units. There is a charge of $10 a night for each additional person staying in the unit.
1-bedroom units accommodate 2 people, some accommodate
4, maximum.
2-bedroom units accommodate 4, some accommodate 6,
maximum.
