your Siesta Key vacation.

Our heated, Olympic-sized
pool, located next to the clubhouse, has a deck with plenty
of room for lounging in the sun or reading in the shade
of an umbrella table. The comfortably furnished clubhouse
game room has pool tables, ping-pong table, TV and lending
library.
Casa Blanca is within walking distance of Crescent Beach
Village restaurants and shops, with Siesta Key Village
just a short way up the key. Sarasota is just across the
bridge, and we are close enough to Disney for a day-trip!

Basis for Villas and Apartments
Rates are based on 2 people for 1-bedroom and four
people for 2-bedroom units. A charge of $70.00 per
week charge for each additional person.
1-bedroom units accommodate 2 people, some accommodate
4, maximum.
2-bedroom units accommodate 4, some accommodate 6,
maximum.

Our villas are located between
the pool area and famous Crescent Beach. Each villa is individually
decorated, fully equipped and professionally landscaped.
Villas have 1 or 2 bedrooms,
and from 1 to 2 baths. Most have a screened-in porch, with
table and chairs for dining or relaxing.
Laundry facilities are available
on-site.

Our condos are located directly
on the Gulf of Mexico, overlooking the magnificent Crescent
Beach. Every apartment has a roomy, fully-screened balcony
overlooking the beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters.
Apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms,
and from 1 to 2 baths.
Laundry facilities are available
on each floor.
