Blanca Rental Policies
Minimum Stays
The minimum stay is one week. The daily charge for odd days in excess
of even weeks is 1/7 of the weekly rate. No cutbacks on confirmed
dates allowed. Guests are required to pay for the full time reserved.
Rent payment is due upon arrival.
Some units allow 3-day minimums; please call 877-349-5101 for more
information.

Check Out Time: 10:00 a.m.

Cancellation Policy:
Please contact the Casa Blanca office for information on the Rental
Deposit Policy.
Security Deposit:
A $300 security deposit is refunded 30 days after departure. Deductions
will be made for missing or damaged items, or for any extra cleaning.
Pet Policy
Sorry we do not accept pets
Maid Service
Limited maid service is available for a minimal charge; arrangements
must be made prior to your arrival.
Phone Calls:
Local phone call service is free. Long distance calls by credit
card only.
Additional Equipment
Cribs, high chairs, strollers, and roll-away beds are available
at a weekly rental rate from an outside vendor.
Prohibited
Boats, jet skis, motorcycles, trailers, and motor homes are not
allowed on the premises; local rental storage may be available.
Skates, in-line skates, or skateboards cannot be used on the premises.
