Blanca Rental Policies
Minimum Stays
The minimum stay is 5 days. The daily charge for odd days in excess of even weeks is 1/7 of the weekly rate. No cutbacks on confirmed dates allowed. Guests are required to pay for the full time reserved. Rent payment is due upon arrival. Some units allow 5-day minimums; please call 877-349-5101 for more information. PLEASE PHONE the office for stays less than one week. If you book a reservation for less than 7 days, there is a 13% increase in the rate.

Cancellation Policy:
In order for the tenant to receive a refund of a deposit, the tenant's cancellation request must be made in writing 30 or more days in advance of their arrival date. A refund minus a $50.00 processing fee will be issued upon receipt of the written cancellation. In the event of the cancellation notice being received within 30 days of the arrival date. Casa Blanca Vacation Rentals will attempt to rent the reserved rental period. If successful, the tenant will receive their deposit minus the $50.00 cancellation fee. If the entire rental period is not rented, the deposit is non-refundable. If a tenant requests a change of dates within the 30 days of arrival, the same policy applies.
Security Deposit:
A $300 security deposit is refunded within 30 days after departure. Deductions
will be made for missing or damaged items, or for any extra cleaning.
Pet Policy

Maid Service
Maid service is available for a charge. Please contact the office for information.
Phone Calls:
Local phone calling capability within all units.
Additional Equipment
Cribs, high chairs, strollers, and roll-away beds are available
at a weekly rental rate from an outside vendor.
Prohibited
Boats, jet skis, motorcycles, trailers, and motor homes are not
allowed on the premises; local rental storage may be available.
Skates, in-line skates, or skateboards cannot be used on the premises.
