This newly renovated state of the art Villa boasts a newly remodeled and fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite countertops; new recessed lights, tile flooring and stainless steel appliances. King in Master bedroom and 2 Queens in guest bedroom, this unit can occupy up to 6 persons. For your added pleasure and convenience a new outdoor hot/cold rinse off shower is located in the rear of the villa. There are 3 Televisions, A 60" SMART TV in the living room, 32" TVs in the bedrooms. A screened lanai is equipped with a table and chairs for morning coffee or lunch; this unit has all the comforts of home and more. It is completely renovated and professionally decorated. 7 nights minimum stay in June and July. Additional Person fees may apply.

"Barbara's unit is so close to the beautiful Siesta Key beach....only steps away. Unit is outfitted with everything you can think of and then some !! Love the convenience of being able to park right beside unit i.e. unloading groceries etc...no stairs !! Will be looking forward to going back again for annual visit next year

"I’ve been coming to Casa Blanca for 49 years. It’s my home away from home vacation place to be on Siesta Key beach. The last four years I’ve stayed in Villa C16. Love that unit.

"My husband and I have stayed in 6 villas at Casa Blanca over the last 4 years and we have to say that C-16 is by far our favorite. The furnishings are comfortable, the kitchen amenities are plentiful and the decor is bright and cheerful. We are so happy that the owners shared their beautiful villa with us. We have already rented C-16 for next year!

"The Villa was perfect for my December trip to Siesta Key! Very clean, appreciated lots of towels (which I find a plus staying other places they skimp on them), kitchen well equipped. Access to the beach close and the grounds were well kept. I would definitely consider renting same unit again. Thank you for the comfortable villa.

"We had such a great experience staying at Villa C16 in Casa Blanca! It was clean, updated, and the perfect size for our family of 4 (with room to spare). We have two young children and it was a super quick walk to the beach which was absolutely beautiful and the pool was perfect (located at the other end of the property). A little more than half a mile walk to restaurants and we used the free trolley to go into the village area. We ended up having to evacuate on the second to last day due to Hurricane Idalia and the people were at the resort were so helpful and kind. We will absolutely stay again!

"We recently arrived home after spending 4 peaceful weeks at Casa Blanca in beautiful Villa C-16! What a gorgeous and well appointed Villa! There is everything you could possibly want for your stay in the kitchen and the decor is lovely. Everything is updated, clean, and cheerful.Walk out the lanai and steps away is the beautiful Siesta Key beach or turn the other way and enjoy the pool. The sunsets are the best anywhere you could find and you will usually hear Taps being played as the sun goes down.We can’t wait to come back next year for our getaway from the cold North!

"We absolutely loved the villa C16! It was beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and very well stocked with everything we might have needed. Gorgeous sunsets and so close to the beach. It was perfect. We look forward to staying there again next year.
