About Casa Blanca Vacation Rentals
Casa Blanca Beach Resort features Gulf-front apartments and private villas. Each villa and apartment is individually owned with a minimum stay of 5 or 7 nights, depending on the owner.
Comfortable, Fully Equipped Units
Every unit at Casa Blanca has one or two bedrooms, a living room, a full kitchen, and an eating area. Our individually decorated units are fully furnished, including cookware, linens, and beach towels. Each has individually controlled AC/Heating, cable TVs, and Wi-Fi. Wireless internet access is also available in the Clubhouse area.
There are several laundry facilities located within the Resort.
Private Access to Crescent Beach
Crescent Beach is internationally recognized for its fine, white sand and continues to be named one of the Top 10 Beaches in the United States. We boast a large private beach area and one of the largest pools on the Key.

It is an excellent walking and swimming beach. Lounge chairs and two shade cabanas are available for relaxation and viewing the beautiful Crescent Beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
Sunset Gatherings by the Gulf
In the evening, right before sunset, guests gather gulf-side to watch the unsurpassed sunsets, talk about their day and their holiday in paradise.
Pool and Clubhouse Amenities
Our large, heated pool, located next to the clubhouse, has a deck with plenty of room for lounging in the sun or reading in the shade of an umbrella table.
The comfortably furnished clubhouse/game room has a pool table, piano, ping-pong table, TV and lending library.
Nearby Attractions and Local Favorites
The Casa Blanca is within walking distance of Crescent Beach Village restaurants and shops, with Siesta Key Village just a short drive north on the key.
Sarasota is just across the Stickney Point Bridge, offering many activities, shopping, restaurants and attractions, including Mote Marine, Ringling Museums, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, also Repertory Theatre and Selby Gardens.
The Casa Blanca Villas
Our villas are located between the pool area and famous Crescent Beach. Each villa is individually decorated, fully equipped and professionally landscaped.
Most Villas have a screened Lanai with table and chairs for dining and relaxing. Those without a lanai have a larger interior.
Villas have 1 or 2 bedrooms, and from 1 to 2 baths. Laundry facilities are available on-site in the common areas. A few units have facilities with-in the unit.

Our apartments are located directly on the magnificent Crescent Beach with expansive views of the beach and beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters.
Sit on your screened-in lanai and enjoy the views, morning and evening.
Apartments have 1 or 2 bedrooms, and from 1 to 2 baths. Laundry facilities are available on each floor.
