The Casa Blanca Rates

 

The Casa Blanca Rates are quoted weekly and are prior to taxes and processing fee. Rates are subject to change.

 

Cleaning and Occupancy Fees:

 

Guests may be charged for cleaning and occupancy fees on any reservation.

 

Occupancy:

 

Note the number of people each unit can sleep according to the number of beds. Rates are subject to change at any time without notice. The Casa Blanca rates are subject to state, county taxes, and processing fees.

 

The Casa Blanca Rental Policies

 

Minimum Stays:

The minimum stay for some owners is 7 nights but others will allow as few as 5.  Daily rates will apply for a reservation less than 7 days.

 

Check In /Check Out Information:

 

Check-In time is after 4:00 p.m.  Check-Out time is 10:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS

 

Early arrivals and late departures may be permitted with approval from Management.  Guests departing after 10:00 a.m. without prior Management approval will be charged a full day’s rent plus applicable taxes.  Please be sure to check your apartment or villa upon departure for personal items.  Management is not responsible for any items left behind.

 

Management reserves the right to assign a substitute unit if necessary. Any reservation changes must have office approval.

 

Keys shall be returned upon check-out. Replacement charges for unreturned items include: apartment or villa key ($15.00 each) and beach bathroom keys ($25.00 each).

 

Check-Out Procedures:

 

  • Please empty refrigerator. Place dirty dishes in dishwasher and start.
  • All garbage must be properly bagged, sealed, and placed in the dumpsters or outside the unit driveway door for pick up by maintenance.
  • Please do not remove the mattress protectors/mattress pads. *Housekeeper will remove these.
  • Please set the thermostat to 76 F.

 

Payments: 

 

A NON-REFUNDABLE Reservation deposit equal tothe greater of $325.00 or ten percent (10%) of all Rent plus Travel Insurance (if purchased), plus the Guest Services Fee and all applicable taxes must be paid to reserve the Property

 

We Gladly Accept:

Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card. Travelers’ Checks & Cashiers Check. Personal Checks are only accepted 21+ days prior to the balance due date and are subject to a return check fee.

 

Cancellation Policy:

All payments become NON- REFUNDABLE at sixty (60) days prior to the initial date of occupancy. There shall be no refunds for early departures, pool closures, exterior construction, interior maintenance or repairs or inclement weather, including hurricanes. Agent reserves the right to cancel the Reservation and Agreement at any time up to sixty (60) days prior to the initial date of occupancy, for any reason, and will refund the Reservation deposit to the Guest within fifteen (15) days of cancellation.

Security Deposit:

 

Seven (7) days before the initial date of occupancy, a Refundable Damage Deposit Fee of $300.00 must be paid by Guest, which Guest authorizes Agent to charge to Guest’s credit card without notice to the Guest. The Damage Deposit fee may be applied by Owner or Agent to compensate Owner for any unusual wear and tear on the Property, for repair of any physical damage to the Property, for any other monies owed by Guest under the Guest Agreement, and for any costs and attorney’s fees associated with Guest’s failure to fulfill the terms of the Agreement. After Guest has vacated the Property, Agent will inspect the Property and will deduct from the Damage Deposit fee for any unusual wear and tear or any physical damage and for any other monies owed by Guest as well as any costs and attorney’s fees associated with Guest’s failure to fulfill the terms of the Agreement. The balance of the damage deposit fee will be refunded to Guest. 

 

Pet Policy:

Pets are NOT permitted on property or within a unit.  No Tenant or family member, invitee or Tenant of a Tenant may bring a pet onto, or house or harbor a pet within, the property. A tenant/guest that intend to have a SERVICE ANIMAL on property must provide notice in writing prior to approval of the reservation per Florida Statue SB 1084 (ESM’s).

 

Age Restriction:

Occupants under 25 years of age shall not rent any unit. An adult over age 25 must register and occupy the unit. If this policy is violated, all monies will be forfeited and RENTERS will be evicted. Management reserves the right to request identification upon registration.

 

Maid Service:

Maid service, beyond arrival & departure, is available for a charge. Please contact the office for information.

 

The Resort Provides:

Kitchen linens, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryers and  a complimentary start-up kit of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash liners, toilet tissue and soap. *We aren’t able to supply any more of these items once you run out, so please plan accordingly.  Some additional items can be purchased directly from housekeeping. 

 

NOTE: We are only a short, one block walk away from a small grocery store where you can purchase more of these items or a few minutes drive over the bridge to a large shopping plaza with a Publix Grocery store. 

 

Additional Information:

 

Quiet hours are 10:00pm to 8:00am.- Please observe this. 

 

Units are privately owned. Please be considerate of the owner’s furnishings. Please do not move furniture, bedding or kitchen items to other units or outside. Please respect locked closets.

 

During certain periods wristbands are REQUIRED for any registered guests over age 2 and MUST be worn. This is to ensure that the facilities are reserved for the exclusive use of our paying guests. If you can not show your wristband due to loss, you will be asked to purchase a new one or you will be charged at check-out.

Phone Calls:

Local phone calling capability within select units. No long distance calls

 

Additional Equipment:

Cribs, high chairs, strollers, roll-away beds, cabanas, umbrellas and more are available at a weekly rental rate from an outside vendor.  Please inquire at the front desk for assistance with ordering.

 

ONLY Passenger vehicles permitted on the premises.

 

Smoking is NOT permitted inside of any unit.  Guests will be charged $250.00 for any documented incident of smoking inside any unit.
