Q: What is the minimum stay?
A: Each villa and apartment are individually owned. The minimum stay is 5 or 7 nights, depending on the owner.

Q: Is there Wireless Internet?
A: Yes, All of our units have wireless internet through Comcast Cable.
Q: Are you close to the beach?
A: Casa Blanca is a Beachfront resort located gulf side on Crescent Beach with our apartment building having direct access view.
Q: How do we make a reservation? Can we book our reservation online?
A: You can make your reservation on our website at www.thecasablanca.net, or by calling the office at 941-349-5101 during regular business hours Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm.
Q: What’s included in a rental at Casa Blanca?
A: All rentals include a start up welcome package consisting of: Kitchen linens, bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, hairdryers and a complimentary start-up kit of dish soap, dishwasher tabs, trash liners, kitchen sponge, paper towels, toilet tissue and soap.
Q: Where can I rent a baby needs such as a crib?
A: Please visit our Area Guide page for local vendors who will deliver and set up for all your rental needs. You will pay them directly.
Q: Can I rent a bicycle? Where would I keep it?
A: Yes, you can rent a bicycle from a local vendor who will deliver to your door and you can store at the side of your unit.
Q: Where Can I rent a Boat or Water equipment?
A: CB Outfitters located on Siesta Key is the largest on the water Bait & Tackle Shop in Sarasota offering Siesta Key Boat Rentals, Parasailing, Jet Ski Rentals, Fishing Charters, Golf Cart Rentals and clothing for everyone.
Q: May I bring my small dog?
A: As much as we love our pets, Casa Blanca has a strict “No Pet” policy and does not allow pets on the property.
Q: Are beach towels provided?
A: Yes located in each unit.
Q: What are Check in and Check out times and are they flexible?
A: Check-in time is 4:00 P.M. or later on the arrival day of the Rental
Check-out time is 10:00 A.M. or earlier on the departure day of the Rental
