Each bedroom has a ceiling fan. Ceramic tile floors though out the unit and cable, Wi-Fi, iron, ironing board and hair dryer are provided. Get ready to cook in the fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dish washer and garbage disposal. Both the master bath and the guest bath have been updated with walk in showers in each. Also, the cupboard is stocked with board games, cards, puzzles, and books. The exterior is enhanced with a screened in lanai with patio furniture, cooler, a beach cart with toys and drying rack. There is also an outdoor shower by the back door. We are very close to the heated community pool, recreation room, laundry facilities, and free trolley on Midnight Pass Road and only a couple minutes’ walk to the beach. Walk to Stickney Point grocery store, many restaurants, bars, boat/bicycle/golf cart rentals, drug store, shopping, and marina. Casa Blanca is a short, free trolly ride to Siesta Village and short drive to downtown Sarasota, nightlife, cultural district, marina, Longboat Key, St Armand’s Circle for shopping and less than 30 minutes to the Sarasota airport.
