The second bedroom offers a queen bed AND a full-sized bed, its own 50-inch TV, a massive closet, and a fantastic collection of children’s books and games — perfect for family fun. The guest bathroom shines with its fresh renovation and large step-in, Roman shower. Unwind in the living room with a 50-inch flat-screen TV. Gather for meals at the elegant glass dining table that seats six comfortably. Stay connected with free high-speed Wi-Fi. There is also an air-top queen sized sleeper sofa if you need more room to spread out! One of the villa’s most magical touches? Our “Magic Closet” — packed with borrowable treasures including books, board games, coolers, beach chairs, and toys to make your stay effortless and fun. The fully equipped kitchen boasts a full suite of modern appliances — refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, toaster, coffee maker (both drip & Keurig models), plus extras like a griddle, crockpot, blender, and quesadilla maker. When you want a night off from cooking, stroll to our favorite local spot, Captain Curt’s, and tell Brad and Brett the Greer’s sent you. Great food, drinks and music are always on tap! Right next door to Curt’s, the Daiquiri Deck is ready for sunset cocktails and great vibes. During the holiday season, we’ll even set up a beautifully decorated Christmas tree so Santa can find you and your fellow travelers even though you are away from home!
